DAY 1

Kathmandu: arrival

Arrival in Kathmandu, transfer and leisurely afternoon between Thamel and the historic center, letting your body begin to adapt before the flight to Lukla.

DAY 2

Kathmandu and preparation for trekking

Day in Kathmandu to review equipment, visit temples and adjust the last details of the trek in the Khumbu.

DAY 3

Kathmandu → Lukla → start of trek

Scenic flight to Lukla and start of the walk through valleys and hanging bridges, continuing to the first trail accommodation.

DAY 4

Arrival at Namche Bazaar

Gradual climb to Namche Bazaar, the region's main Sherpa center, with crossings over the Dudh Kosi River and the first great views of the Khumbu.

DAY 5

Namche: acclimatization

Acclimatization day in Namche, with a short walk to viewpoints and time to explore markets, cafes and Sherpa culture.

DAY 6

Namche → Tengboche

Hike from Namche to Tengboche, alternating descents and ascents to the monastery with views of Ama Dablam and the Everest massif.

DAY 7

Tengboche: mountain and spirituality

Morning in Tengboche to visit the monastery and walk around the surroundings, with mountains and spirituality taking center stage.

DAY 8

Tengboche → Namche

Return to Namche via Khumbu trails, reviewing the landscape in reverse and gradually descending in altitude.

DAY 9

Namche → Lukla

Descent from Namche to Lukla, crossing suspension bridges and Sherpa villages again before the last night on the trail.

DAY 10

Lukla: flight safety day

Safety day in Lukla to absorb any flight changes caused by the weather, with free time in the village if the operation runs normally.

DAY 11

Lukla → Kathmandu

Return flight to Kathmandu and free afternoon for rest, shopping or a last visit to the historic neighborhoods.

DAY 12

Kathmandu and closure

Last hours in Kathmandu and end of the trip.
